Is My Pelvic And Abdominal TAC For Abdominal Pain Normal?

I had a pelvic and abdominal TAC to investigate intermitent pain on the right side of my abdomen .The results show a 7mm cyst on segment 7 of my liver ,the rest of the TAC is normal. Lab work of digestion in heces show some starch, muscle , fat and undigested food. No parasites, occult blood, elastic fibers ,crystals or yeast where found. PH 7.0 of heces.The blood work, white blood cell count, are normal. Leucocites 0-1,Hematies 0-1 Bun 7.40, urine is normal,reactive protein 0.08 mg/dl. What is the prognosis?

Hello

Major findings of your ultrasound is presence of 7 mm cyst in segment7 of liver.It is a small cyst.Hepatic cyst may be due to many reasons like simple cyst,liquefied abscess,hydatid cysts etc.
This need clinical correlation and in majority of the cases,it doesn't require any treatment.Simple hepatic cyst may be age related.
Rest of the findings like stool,routine blood tests are normal.
Some starch,muscle,fat and undigested food is normally found in urine.
