Hi, I have gone through your question. Hepatosplenomegaly in fetus can be due to : 1. Fetal anemia, which can be due to Rh isoimmunisation in Rh negative pregnancy. 2. Fetal infection 3. Inborn error of metabolism in fetus. I would suggest you to consult a fetal medicine specialist and get a detailed ultrasound done, and further investigation to find the cause has to be done. Further management has to be done accordingly. Hope you found the answer helpful. Wishing you good health.
