Hi, Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum.
You have Hypothyroidism which will cause Irregular Periods and problems conceiving. Don't worry, if you take your medicines regularly, the thyroid levels will come to normal and will help you conceive. Exercise regularly. Your Diet should include, whole grains, natural foods, plenty of fruits and vegetables, seafood and other protein rich foods. You should cut back on fatty meals. You can also take a Multivitamin.
Selenium containing foods is a always a better bet for patients with Hypothyroidism, like lentils, cashew nuts.
Good Luck and Take Care.
