Hello and thank you for asking HCM.

Your urine is not normal and as a result of this urinalysis i can say you have a urinary tract infection.

Let me explain why. Our urine, normally is sterile,it doesn't have any cells, especially bacteria.

In your urine you have moderate bacteria. This ls why i am sure this is the case of UTI, but don't worry. It can be treated.

In my practice i would start you on antibiotics, a fluoroquinolone like ciprofloxacine probably and depending on your symptoms i would ad paracetamol or ibuprofen. When you can, check up with your family doctor to take the recipe for the antibiotics.

Here are the symptoms of an UTI so if you have one or more of these symptoms, don't worry, its normal :
-burning sensation when urinating
-passing small amounts of urine
- the urge to urinate
- blood in the urine
-lower abdominal pain, in pelvic region

Also, i would suggest not only antibiotics, also our diet help our body to get rid of the infection. If you can follow these tips :
-have as much fluids as you can, especially orange juice or lemon juice because those have Vitamin C that helps our immune system.
-use natural antiseptics like chamomile tea, peppermint-ginger-juniper berry tea, rose tea
-emptying your bladder as soon as possible after sex
-going to the toilet as soon as you need to pee and always emptying your bladder fully
-having a shower, rather than a bath

If you have any other question, please feel free to contact me.
