Is My Urinalysis Normal?
Hi, my name is grace 34yrs old. i have done my urinalysis lately. I was not able to get with my doctor yet.I would just tell the result of my urinalysis to have an initial ideas about it. (MACROSCOPIC)urine color: yellow, transparency: cloudy, reaction: 5.0, specific gravity:1.020, protein:trace, wbc:15-25, rbc:0-3, ephithelial cells:abundant, mucus threads: moderate, bacteria:moderate. Can you pls tell me if I am having normal or abnormal urinalysis results?

As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.
The urine shows increased number of pus cells and bacteria.
So,you should get an urine culture done,as there's suggestion of UTI.
UTI is urinary infection. urine routine is an initial screening test.
Also,get an ultrasound scan-KUB,with residual urine, done.
Don't start any antibiotic till your urine's given for culture test.
If you've any doubts,you may send the culture report,as a direct questiion.
