Is Myomectomy Required For Multifibroid Uterus With Anterior Myopia Displacing Central Endometrium?
I had a mri of the pelvis done. Impression: large fibroid impresses upon the anterior aspect of the endometrial cavity and measures 4.8cm, multifibroid uterus with a large anterior myopia displacing the central endometrium posteriorly. Will I need a myomectomy?
