Is Nausea Post Intake Of Lisinopril A Cause For Concern?

currently taking lisinopril 5mg. been taking the medication for a few months now and just a couple hours ago started to feel nauseous. should i stop taking it until i can get in contact with my doctor? and is this serious enough to need immediate attention?
