Hallow Dear,

Whenever any sexually active woman in reproductory age group misses a period, the first on the list of differential diagnosis is Pregnancy.

The other symptoms which appear subsequently, usually after 5-6 weeks, are nausea & vomiting with altered taste, frequent urination and breast changes. The breast changes include engorgement, blackish brown discolouration of the nipples & areola with increase in the size of areola, tenderness and discharge from the nipples.

You seem to have many of them. The other symptoms may just be coincidental due to common cold or so.

However, in spite of all the symptoms, the confirmation of diagnosis of pregnancy has to be done by clinical vaginal examination and/or urine pregnancy test. Urine pregnancy test done 8-10 days after missed period is very reliable test. Since you have crossed 6 weeks after missing your period, this test will help you conclude the diagnosis. Ultrasonography at this stage also is very useful direct visual evidence of pregnancy.

I hope, this will help you to know the status of your probable pregnancy.
