i am experiencing lower back pain, it feel like my menstruation pain but a lot stronger like delivering a baby, i just got my PMS last week so i know its not that the pain is so strong i am really concern, i have not been drinking a lot of water lately so i don t know if that is the cause.

Hi Welcome to Healthcare Magic
There are many causes for back pain . After exclusion of your PMS we are left with Acute Muscular Spasm of back muscles , Lumbar Disc Problems , Lumbar Radiculopathies etc.
I advise you to take muscles relaxants for 2-3 days . Tab Zerodol-MR 2 times a day . If pain is still persisting it would be better to get an MRILumbar Spine done .
