Nexito is the brand name of the medicine Escitalopram. It belongs to a class of medicines called SSRIs and is effective in the treatment of anxiety and depression.
It will take about two weeks for you to see the beneficial effects of this medication. During this initial period, there is a small possibility that Nexito can have some side effects in some people. But usually these are minimal and only temporary. So, I would suggest that you continue the medication as advised by your doctor.
