Is No Visual Of The Right Fallopian Tube In A Report Normal?

The uterine cavity is of normal outline and shape.left fallopian tube is of normal caliber and there is free peritoneal spill seen on the left side. The right fallopian tube is not visualized. There is no peritoneal spill on the right side.what does this mean? Any chances of getting pregnant?

no spill in right fallopian tube means that it is blocked, what ever the cause.
since left tube is patent, there are still chances of getting pregnant.
