Hello mem, Good afternoon, First of all congratulations... I read your history in which you mentioned that your sonography report said like that your baby is in breech presentation n also having 1 loop around neck...n this report is on 38 week of pregnancy... Mem generally breech presentation can be delivered by normal delivery if other parameters are okay n good n with good expert doctor... Otherwise best way is lscs (ceserean section) .. Here in your case 1 loop of umblicle cord is there around baby neck that can much distressing factior for normal vaginal delivery as there is much chance for unnecessary baby mortality n morbidity... best way for delivery in your case is ceserean section...
