Is Normal Delivery Possible With This Ultrasound Scan Result?

Hello,my last periods was on 26july...due date was on 3may2015,i had my last ultrasound on 6th april on my 37th week and its a hyper mature grade3placenta,my babys wgt is 2940gms with cephalic presentation....with cord around neck since begining of my 3rd tremister(7th month)now the doc has given me a new EDD date i.e26/5/2015 and she said me the chances of natural birth is less.Is there any risk if i plan for a normal delivery?What can be done so that i have a normal delivery?is evrything safe ?Does cord around neck and placenta grade3 reduces the chances of normal delivery?Any suggestion which can make my placenta last longer??

Cord around the neck and grade 3 placenta can lead to difficult labor. Caesarean section will be best suited for this pregnancy.
