Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Is Normal Pregnancy Possible After An Ectopic Pregnancy?
Hello. I had an ectopic pregnancy almost 2 months ago about a month and a half. the reasoning was my Fallopian tube was damaged but I got surgery and got one of my Fallopian tubes taken out along with one of my ovaries. I have one Fallopian tube and one ovarie left that my OBGYN said looked good and told me its my choice to try again or get on birth control that it would be fine if I had a baby or tried but do you think just because it s happened once mean it will happen again.
It is your misconception that because it s happened once mean it will happen again. You have good and nearly equal chances of getting a normal pregnancy even now.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
