Is Normal Sexual Life Possible When Diagnosed With An Undescended Testicle?

Hi, thank you for considering my question. I was born with an undescended testicle which was removed at about age 3. I am now 43 and like many whom I have read lived embarrassed, ashamed, & scared to be intimate with females until I was introduced to alcohol then slowly came out of my shell and realized I am fully functional and probably more accomplished than many. I am curious if there has been any research on the long term psychological affects this can have? In particular, is there any correlation to this disability causing sexual side affects such as homosexuality, GID or feminine tendencies?
