i m having 12 week pregnancy.during routine examination of urine and haemoglobin the following results we found. urine: physical examination: Appearance:Mild turbid microscopic examination:Pus Cells-:10 to 15/hpf
Epithelial Cells-:1 to 2/hpf is't normal?every things is fine?or i have some prob?
You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI). This is indicated by mild turbid appearance of urine and presence of pus cells in urine. UTI is not good for pregnancy.So,you need medical attention immediately. You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed. Ultrasound of abdomen can detect other associated pathology. At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report. Hope i have answered your query. Get well soon.
