Is Nose Bleeding Post An Injury Serious?

Hello, Our little boy (3) fell at the pool this afternoon and hit his forehead and nose. There was a lot of blood coming from his nose instantly and it continued to bleed for a few hours afterward. Just checked on him in bed and its been bleeding again. Could it be something serious? Thank you! Jenna (worried mom)

it could be due to injury. should close the nose on pinching and breath through mouth it should stop shortly. get checked by ent doctor to detect the source of bleeding.
