Is Nucynta Advisable For Chronic Pain?

My new pain specialist wants to put me on nucynta er. I m also on 20mg of citalapram, 75 mgs of amtriptyline, 1 mg of clonazepam 2times a day, and 600 ms of neurontin 4 times a day. I wanted to know if this is a good med for severe chronic pain and if my other med will have adverse reactions to this med.
