Is Obesity Along With Hypothyroidism A Cause For Concern During Pregnancy?

I m 40 years old and pregnant. 5weeks of pregnancy with 14mm sac and no fatal pole. I have problems with hypothyroidism, migraine, rheumatic arthritis in ankle ank back pain. In first pragnancy complete bed rest dye to low placenta later on gestational diabetes. I m obese. Pl suggest should I go for baby l m confused. I have a 6years old son.

There is need to increase the dose of synthyroid in pregnancy. Discuss it with your doctor.
