Is Oozing Of Clear Pus From The Lanced Hemorrhoid Normal?
i had a thrombosed external hemmorhoid lanced on Tuesday and it has increased in size but only has a black color next to the incision. The rest is turned more dark red/pink in color. It has pretty much stopped bleeding now but it seems to be oozing a clear pus... i also have bruising between my anus and scrotum - is all of this normal?
Thank you very much for contacting healthcare magic.
Redish skin growth around anus region that is external hemorroid. Excessive exertion may cause blood in stool.
You have problem of pus discharge from anus area. That may be because of anal abcess. Small pouch of abcess around anus that may cause pus like discharge.
Long standing anal abcess may give path of anal fistula . Pus can drain by anal fistula.
For diagnosis anorectal examination is must. Anoscopy can done for further diagnosis.
Wish you a good health. Take care. Thank you very much.
