Is Osseous Demineralization A Cause For Concern?

hello; this is wanda, I have a question; I didn t know know I had 0sseous dermineralization, until today. I have fallen down on a pavement road 6 days ago, and i m having effects from this fall. is that very harmful to me having this disease, could my bones get worse because of it. please let me know. thank you

sorry to hear about that fall.hope you are better now.
osseous demineralization occurs as age advances.Also I'm sad to say,,, it is more for ladies...especially post menopause...or quite in and around menopausal age...due to lowering levels of oestrogen..
but nothing too much to worry
you just have to take calcium and vitD tabs which will prevent further absorption of calcium from your bones...it is quite common after 50 yrs of age..
so just be careful and avoid such falls. ..then you can run along fine...
