Is Oxymed Effective Treatment For Heart Block?

Is the treatment in Oxymed for heart block is good than bye pass. please advise. My friends father was asked to undergo a bye pass but his father's friend had told to try a treatment with Oxymed. The cure the patient without bye pass. Please advise which is the right one to proceed.
