Is Pain After Having Lump Removed From Lymph Node Normal?

I had a lymph node removed out of my neck about 2 years ago and it turned out to be nothing. However about 3 months after the surgery I started getting this painful lump in my right armpit , it shows up about twice a month and stays for a few days then goes away. Is it possible this is another lymph node going bad?

hi
usually lymph nodes getting enlarged suggests inner infection .
but lymph node at knee is not related to this .
first of all u should confirm whether it's lymph node or something else at ur knee.
but get ur sugar levels checked .
