Is Pain And Numbness In Chest And Arms After Lifting Heavy Weights A Cause For Concern?
Hi not sure if I should worry but I have noticed for a while now that if a lift something heave or walk to fast I get pain in my chest which goes through me both arms. yesterday for example I lifted my four year old daughter and carried her to her bed by d time I reached her bed I was in so much pain in my chest and my both hands went numb I had to sit for a while and wait for the pain to go away. I m 40yrs old non smoker or drinker and im not overweight either any ideas what couses it?
