Is Pain In Left Groin Area After Travelling On Two Wheeler Normal?

HI doctor, I have cramp like pain in my left groin area after I travel in a bus or on a scooter in hot environment. In normal conditions there is no pain. But when I put pressure on my stomach or try to tighten my stomach the pinch like pain occurs. Please help me

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Pain in the groin are what you are experiencing on the left side could be an indication of early symptom of hernia.
Hernia is protrusion of intestinal contents through a weak abdominal wall, particularly occurs more commonly in the groin area.
You need to be clinically be examined and undergo an ultrasound scan of the abdomen to confirm the diagnosis and plan for treatment accordingly.
Kindly consult Surgeon in this regard for evaluation and management.
