Is Pain In The Upper Back An Indication Of A Strained Muscle Or Could It Be An Internal Problem?
Yesterday morning I awoke and tried to get out of bed . My upper back and slightly around the sides were painful. When I tried to stay I could not because a pain in my back would not allow me to stand for some time. I thought maybe it was just muscle pain because I had fallen asleep with my head resting on the kitchen table the night before. Because I can breathe deeply without causing pain I was planning to see if it would go away. I was able to get dressed., go to church and then to the market with only a slight knawing pain. I went to take a nap after I got home and woke up with the pain again. I couldn’t pull myself out of the bed for some time again. Now every time I stand up or try to straighten my back it causes pain. Does this sound like something muscular or some internal problem? Thank you
