Is Pain In Thigh Due To The Friction In Between The Knee Bones?
I was told after having my right knee scoped that my bones are rubbing together and I need a new knee replacement. I am having pain in my calf especially when I walk and also pain in my back thigh above the knee. Is this due to the fact that I need a new knee replacement or something else I should look into?
hello, yes the pain that you feel on the calf and thigh could be due to the stress you put on your knee during walking or squatting or sitting, but you need to rule out any problems with the veins if you also have a problem of varicose veins you need to rule out a blockage in your leg veins due to a clot formed in any of the veins. the other could be just a muscular ache due to putting more pressure on those muscles due to the bad knee would suggest get reviewed by a specialist hope to have answered your query wish you a quick recovery.
