Is Pain In Upper Left Quadrant Of Abdomen Be Due To Gall Stones?
I started having mild to moderate pain below my left lower rib cage radiating to the side. I had just gotten over a migraine and thought I might have moved wrong, but it is not going away. I thought it might be my gallbladder or stones, but the information says you would hurt on the right, yet symptom checker picked gallstones as the primary cause. Can the gallbladder cause pain in upper left stomach region?

the upper abdomen pain left or right can originate from many structures which lie underneath.
symptom checker is not the accurate tool to really ascertain the cause.
the best course of action would be to get examined and have a sonography to find out the cause and get it treated
