Welcome to hcm,
Short answer chest pain radiating to neck left shoulder and left hand is an indication of Heart problem or angina
Detailed answer
You need to be evaluated by an physician with ECG .this pain associated with sweating is most probably
Heart attack or myocardial infarction
Ischaemic heart disease
So get yourself evaluated by a physician as early as possible. You can take nitrates now before going to the physician.
Hope this explains
