Thank you for writing to HCM

It does seem that you have a migraine. A migraine is a repetitive type of headache and occurs due to a trigger factor. A thing that you can try to help you is to note down whenever the migraine start. This will allow you to identify the trigger factors.

A few examples of trigger factors are:
Colds
Fevers
Sun
Certain foods

After this, you can avoid the trigger factors. Here are a few more things that you can do to help prevent the migraines:
- Drink lots of water
- Eat regularly and several times a day
- Sleep well and at least 8 hours at a time
- Take one tablet of Paracetamol 500 whenever you feel you are about to get a headache
- Inhale steam several times a day to help clear the nasal passages

Do these for 5 days and follow up. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Hope this helps you
