Is Painful Contractions And Vaginal Spotting Natural During Pregnancy?
Hi I need help from a doctor I have some questions please my wife is pregnant second child she was a c section the first time she does not dialate at all. I live in Kentucky she has insane contraction pains and also we have been to the hospital 4 times they keep sending her home I don t know what to do she is also throwing out slimy stuff and spots of blood from her vagina. The doctor says they won t do c section till 39 months my wife won t make it she is incredible pain. Please help
Hi Thanks for posting on HCM Contraction due to true labour are always painful.Contractions due to false labour are always mild, not too painful and not too frequent.The spotting you describe could be the bloody show.Only true contractions will be accompanied by cervical changes that will bring about the loss of the show.I will advise you take her to the Doctor immediately for examination.Depending on the findings at examination, the Doctor will decide the best course of action and if delivering her is the best, he will not hesitate. Depending on the indication of the last C section, a trial of scar might be possible if her cervix responds well this time around.However, the decision depends on the Doctor's clinical findings.
