Is Painful, Swollen Foot Post A Fall A Cause For Concern?

A few days ago I was walking my dog and tripped over a rock which caused it to turn outward. Now it s painful to walk on it, and it s swollen. I ve had it wrapped for about a day and a half now but I m still in a lot of pain. Can you explain to me what you think happened, and what my next steps should be.

do not wrap it...apply ice and take some antiinflammatory drug two times a day for 2-3 days like ebility with serratiopeptidase...that will relieve pain and swelling...keep appling ice...if still aftr two days pain is sharp and movsments are restricted...do meet a orthopedic and get a xray done to see if there is any bone injury or not
