Is Panic Attacks After Taking Zoloft, Adderall And Unisom Overnight Harmful?

I am a 21 year old female who has suffered from severe depression, anxiety, and ADHD for several years. I took 100mg of Zoloft and 60mg of adderall at 11am this morning. Between 9pm-12am, I had 6 beers which made me feel drunk. After, I couldn t fall asleep so I took 100mg Unisom. Soon after that I had a huge panic attack so I took 2mg PRN Ativan. Should I go to the ER

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the best way to come out this condition is control your thoughts, be positive, practical, bring back your confidence, try some relaxation therapy, yoga, meditation, aerobic exercise, going to ER may put you on some more potent antipsychiatric drugs and this may not be right option, hope this information helps, take care.
