Is Papp Of 0.7 Level Harmful During Pregnancy?

hi i m kavita i m 13 weeks pregnent but i found sum spotting in 12 th week . its not regular every day . i have done the ultra sound and that is perfectly and my doctor said for dual screen blood test .and the result is low risk but my papp a is 0.7 .i just want is it harmful or nt

PAPP-A is a large glycoprotein produced by the placenta and decidua thought to have several functions, including prevention of recognition of the fetus by the maternal immune system, matrix mineralization and formation of blood vessels.

A low PAPP-A is defined as a maternal serum PAPP-A value
