Is Paracetamol Safe After Resection For Liver Metastasis?
Is paracetamol safe after resection for liver metastasis? I take take 1,000mg six times a day as prescribed. Initially i was under epidural cover.My operation was 3 weeks ago .WIthout the paracetamol the.pain would be unbearable.How much longer is this likely to last?

It should better be avoided as it is being metabolized by liver and requires optimally functional liver. Nimuslide would be a better option.
