Is Passing Blood Clot While Urinating Post Oophorectomy A Cause For Concern?

My wife had a laproscopic oophoctomy and removal of a couple of pairs of lymph glands, 9 weeks ago. Pathology was clear. This was the 2nd surgery, necessitated by the endometrial stromal sarcoma, found after the surgery for the hysterectomy. Q: she passed a small blood clot while urinating? Could this be normal?
