Is Passive Smoking Harmful?
Hi there - is secondhand smoke harmful? My neighbor in the apartment downstairs smokes heavily and the secondhand smoke / smell in my apartment is so strong that when breathing I experience agitated throat and scratch that makes me cough. It is a mix of cigarette and marijuana smoke.
