Is Paxil Recommended To Treat Anxiety And Spinning Asociated With Vertigo?

hi I have the vertigo that what the Clinique said but I don't believe it seem that im loosing my head from time to time the room is spinning and I become nervous im takin haft a paxil a days would that do any good il I took the hold tablet of paxil 20 mm a days thank

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Paxil is a good drug for anxiety and panic attacks but wont be effective for vertigo unless the same is occurring cause of panics. YOu have not mentioned the dose of paxil that you take as only :"half and one" tablet and the size of the tablet "20mm" may not convey the exact dose.
