Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to the USG reports, uterus size is enlarged and there are two fibroids.
One lesion is in anterior-inferior wall of the uterus and measures 2.0×1.7×1.7 cm and another lesion is in the posterior wall measuring 4.2×1.8×2.0 cm. .
Treatment modality is both conservative and surgical depending upon many things like age, family is completed or not, symptoms etc.
Left ovary is enlarged and measures 7.9×6.9×6.3 cm.There is an anechoic lesion with posterior acoustic enhancement arising from the left ovary measuring 7.0×5.3×5.5 cm,it may be due to ovarian cyst.Nature of cyst should be further investigated like Contrast CT scan of abdomen should be done.
Endometrial thickness is normal.
You should consult your gynecologist.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
