Is Penis Size Of 7.5cm After Erection A Cause For Concern?

Sir, I am married 21 year age.My normal penis size 4cm and it comes to 7.5cm after erection.My maximum sex duration capacity 5-6 minute in continuous intercourse.I could not satisfy my wife.She said that if the penis size is 12.5cm , more than it ,it may satisfied her.She is angry with me, because I am unable to satisfy her.It is a big problem.What can I do now?Please help me.Thanks
