Is Persistent Diarrhea Suggestive Of Colon Cancer?

Yes please a couple weeks ago ,I started having dierria, everything I ate would come out like water, then my heroics would start hurtting. So I used prep.h. this cleared that problem.there was also a little bleeding. That cleared up to. But I still have the dirreah. It s been 3 weeks of diareah. CA this be colon cancer or something else?

3 week diarrhea can not be a factor that suggest colon cancer. it can be dysentry, inflammatory colitis. you need to go for further evaluation. take antibiotics plus antihelminthics to get rid of infection. and in patient of AIDS, also there is history of long lasting diarrhea.
