Hello,
You are suffering from persistent dull pain in both the legs. You are also feeling weak and nauseous. You also have history of anxiety and irregular hear beat. You are on birth control pills since you were 16 years of age. Your symptoms are indicative of
peripheral artery disease (PAD),
peripheral neuropathy,
lumbosacral radiculopathy,
chronic venous insufficiency, DVT, deep venous therapy,
stress fracture, shin splints, tendonitis, muscle sprains, strains, etc.
Yes persistent pain in the legs if left untreated are a cause of concern. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get yourself adequately hydrated. Take rehydrating fluids to restore potassium, sodium, magnesium, and other minerals. Avoid being dehydrated. Medical conditions like diabetes,
thyroid dysfunction, fibromyalgia, nerve damage may trigger leg pain.
Stretching , massage and warm compression may help to relieve pain in the leg. Get X-ray and MRI done to detect any fracture, tendon,
ligament tears, etc. Wear comfortable footwear and keep your legs under rest ice, compression, and elevation may help. You may require to take Acetaminophen, one SOS when needed to get rid of pain legs. If fracture, PAD, DVT, venous insufficiency, etc., if detected will be treated accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
