Is Persistent Fatigue Due To Low BP Levels A Cause For Concern?

I am 36 years old, mother of two kids,weigh approx.53. I use to have perfect blood pressure some years ago. But was exhausted all the time. Out of blue took facy of blood pressure device and got reading 89/60. It s been pretty much in range of 98/51. And myself still exhausted. Mostly it read 85/55. M I in trouble?

Well,this us significantly lower blood pressure and may be cause if fatigue and other your symptoms so you should do more extensive cardiology work up to see is there miopathy or some problems with heart rythm.
