Is Physiotherapy The Right Treatment For Arthritis?

Me a female of 64 yrs, left knee pains, from three months.tried physiothepy and oil massages without much relief. X ray shows reduced gap, on slought of arthritus. Many dr recomrnd physiotherpy and not opration. But one dr feels a fit case of UNI COMPARTMENT REPLACRMENT.

It is necessary performing a knee joint MRI in order to examine the joint better and conclude if surgery is really necessary or not. In the meantime, I recommend continue physiotherapy.
