Is Piles, Related With Bloody Stools With Dizzy Spells?
Hi my daughter has just been to the toilet and passed stools but has had bright red blood in it. I presume its piles but im not 100 % she complained after of feeling dizzy and a bit of stomach ache but i put this down to her being a little squeamish about blood. Am i right to think its piles?

The dizziness may be related to the loss of blood particularly if she loss a significant amount of blood.
It would be best to take her to her doctor for assessment. This would include checking pulse and blood pressure to make sure that no significant changes occurred with the blood loss.
Assessment of her abdomen would also be needed.
She may need bloods.
