hello i am 45 and me and my fiance had unprotected sex a few days ago and we are trying to get pregnant we had unprotected sex one night then the following night and he came inside me could i possibly be pregnant i been getting pink spots which turned to a light brown

Are your cycle days over and you are getting pink spots,As such this is not a sign of pregnancy.But you need to confirm early pregnancy with a TVS Scan, as if pregnancy positive, this type of discharge can be an indication of threatened abortion.
