Is Pink Discharge And Vaginal Discomfort Sign Of Pregnancy?
i just ended my period like 5 days ago and after a week of no intercourse (because i was on my period) i had sex with my partner yesterday... now I have pink discharge with a little bit of blood and vaginal discomfort (it feels like when i have a urinary infection except that it dosnt hurt when i pee). i also started getting painful cramps on my legs (but i dnt know if its related to that) .... i am currently on the ortho tricyclen low pill but we dont use condoms ...what could this be?
Hi there, After reading your query, my opinion is that: 1) The little bit of blood could just be a reminder of your periods. 2) Vaginal discomfort could be due to some injury during intercourse. 3) There are also chances of vaginal infection or cervical lesion if there is post coital bleeding. 4) Sometimes, polyps can also cause pinkish discharge. 5) Painful cramps in legs could be either varicose veins or muscle pull or just fatigue. It could be due to genital tract infection too.
I hope this was helpful. Regards, Dr. Shikha Shah
