Is Pink Vaginal Discharge Sign Of Pregnancy With History Of Tubal Ligation?

I had my tubes burned in 2010. I ve had irregular menstrual cycles ever since. About 2 weeks ago, I had a heavy cycle for 3 days, when they normally last at least 7. Now, I m having a light pink that only shows when I wipe. I do want another child. Is it possible this could be a sign of pregnancy, or something serious?

Hi,

While it is highly unlikely to get pregnant after a tubal ligation, it is not impossible. However, pink discharge is not necessarily a sign of pregnancy. There are many possible causes of pink discharge, including vaginal infections, hormonal changes, or even cervical cancer.

Your doctor may recommend additional testing or an exam to rule out any serious conditions. If you are concerned about pregnancy, they may also recommend a pregnancy test.

If you are interested in having another child, your healthcare provider can discuss options with you, such as in vitro fertilization (IVF) or a tubal ligation reversal. However, it is important to keep in mind that these procedures may not always be successful, and there are risks associated with any surgery.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
