General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Pink vaginal spotting isn't necessarily a reason for concern, especially if it occurs around the time of your expected period.

It's believed to be a sign that the embryo is implanting into the wall of the uterus. Not every woman will experience implantation bleeding, but for women who do experience it, it's usually one of the first symptoms of pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
