General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Pinkish vaginal discharge can occur due to vaginal irritation or when blood is mixed with cervical fluid. Vaginal discharge which is foul smelling or altered color could also indicate vaginal infections or sexually transmitted infections (STI). I would suggest you to take a pelvic ultrasound and also screening for STI. Maintenance of vaginal hygiene is also essential to reduce your symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
